Its creator, Hugues Dubuisson, had the brainwave of ageing Bush Blonde in oak wine barrels that had contained Charmes Meursault burgundy. In the glass, its colour is hazy yellow with a fine, white head, releasing aromas of fruits, wood, hops, herbs, malt and yeast. Flavours on the palate include fruits, malt, coriander, alcohol, herbs, flowers and yeast. Oily and lightly carbonated, it leads up to a soft, dry finish. This outstanding beer had a limited production of 2,600 bottles.
